New ownership it looks like. I haven't been here in 4 years, but I met with Dr. Lohr and he was absolutely amazing with my cat Feebie. The place was updated since I was last there and all new staff. It was a very pleasurable experience.

I have to agree about the unfeeling post. I used to take my cat here, and they used to treat him like he was a monster---holding his head still as if he was a tiger about to attach. Mind you, my cat is declawed and the most friendly, gentle cat you will meet. I cried everytime we had to go because of the torture they put him through. I finally switched for this reason only. I will say they are good about getting you in for appointments and the place is clean, but it's not worth it for the way the staff acts.

Very unfeeling. Had to put my dog down and they rushed my husband through the process and made us feel terrible about it.
