The staff is HORRIBLE when it comes to speaking to humans, and i've seen first hand how they treat animals...staff members REFUSED treatment of our animal because quote "we close at 12:30 and we are ready to get outta here today so we cant help today- call monday" said the receptionist at 11:55 AM!! I stopped taking our animals here years ago, but was in a jam, thinking MAYBE this place has changed. IT DIDNT. RUDE and not pleasant staff members in the front. I feel the staff at phones/desk makes or breaks a business. This place is BROKEN.STAY AWAY.

I took my english bulldog to Dr Bollens Jr, she was in need of a procedure to remove a growth from her gums. I was very nervous because this breed does not do well under anesthesia. I'm happy to report all turned out great, we had no problems at all.

My friend took her 3 dogs into grooming. 2 of them died from excessive sedation. the whole entire staff clammed up, was defiant and lacking any answers or accountability. The vet wasnt able to be reached either. My friend went home with 2 dead dogs and one alive......THey gave fluids to the one dog to spare its life.BEWARE, this clinic doesnt specialize in medicine. THeY do grooming and CREMATION!!!!

I have used North Boros Animal Hospital for a little over a year now and don't have much bad to say. The staff is ver friendly the receptionist, techs and the vets themselves are very compassionate caring people! They actually seem to be concerned about your pets! They are the only vet that allowed us to make payments on our bill,which we all know is very rare. Highly regarded by myself!

Fabulous Service. Kind receptionists and techs. Dr. Iafe is a compassionate & wonderful vet. Reasonable prices and they are honest and up-front about costs and care. Keep up the great work!

Dr Boland is marvelous. When my dog Mandy was very ill he even came in on his day off to perform surgery. Eventually Mandy had to be put to sleep, he was compassionate and patient with me.

The doctors are very kind and tell you the cost of everything up front because although they know we love our pets they also know we can't always afford everything. I've had to wait for even scheduled appointments but it is worth it. With other vets I was always made to feel like I was a bad owner but not here and I've seen two of the doctors on staff.
