I have had pets for 33 years and have taken our dogs/cat to Knappenberger's for the past 11 years. They are the best in the business. Always helpful, always considerate. No vets or staff have compared to their exceptional customer service, been so compassionate, honest, up front - and they don't gorge you with the unnecessary just to make the money. They know who I am when I come in or call. Dr. Todd, Dr. Tom, Rex (Paw Palace), Shelley - all of them are wonderful and really care about the animals AND you. I highly recommend them. I have lived in several states and Knappenbergers are the very best! I live in Olathe now but I would have driven across town years ago if I known about them prior to 2000! We animal lovers really appreciate you. Keep up the great work, you guys!
