I have been a client of Fairway Animal Hospital for over 10 years. The doctors and staff have seen my critters and me through good times as well as sad times. The staff and techs have never failed to provide outstanding and caring service. All the doctors are wonderful, but Dr. Stephen White is absolutely the most wonderful, caring and skilled vet I've ever known. He has been instrumental in providing a quality of life for several critters with chronic and/or fatal illnesses and they stayed with me much longer than expected. Dr. White goes the extra mile, always putting the animal's well-being first. I credit him with keeping my chronic renal failure kitties doing well and my cancer kitties got at least an extra year (they got two!) before the cancer caused them to start going downhill. I confess that Fairway Animal Clinic was the biggest reason I stayed in Kansas City instead of moving away for a better job. I can't imagine there's a finer place for veterinary care.

I took my pets to Fairway Animals Hospital for over 20 years and have never met finer or more dedicated animal professionals in my life. Dr. Stephen White is without a doubt the kindest and most compassionate person I have ever known and his care of animals is exemplary. I recently moved from the Kansas City area and one of my greatest regrets is that I will no longer be able to enjoy the outstanding care for my pets that I have always received here. They realize pets are family and care both about your pets' needs and your needs as well.

I’ve always left this vet office with a bad feeling. I’ve never been greeted when I enter the doors of the facility. I’ve never been thanked following a vet visit and/or bill payment. The “front line” (staff) is abrasive and lacks any sort of hospitality. For those that board pets at vet offices, please do not board yours here. I would absolutely fear having the Fairway Animal Hospital staff watch over a furry loved one. I can't imagine them showing care and compassion for a pet.
