Although the front office staff is polite enough, they are just lacking the caring and compassion I'd except from my vet. Dr. Fry is the same way. My boxer had allergies to EVERYTHING and more then once he suggested I spend thousands of dollars to have him tested. We knew it was everything and managed his allergies with Benadryl. No it wasn't a complete fix, but it worked for us. Him wanting to perform unnecessary tests did nothing for me.
