I have been to see them on several occasion with many different types of pets. Me and my sick pet rats, and eqyptian painted agamas saw Dr. Phelps and my dogs and cats have seen dr. Phelps, Dr. Noftsinger and Dr. Nash. On every occasion when I did not have enough money to pay for services in full they still treated my animals and allowed me to make payment plans. When my 21 year old dog Casey fell inrepairably ill they did they're best to treat her and give unbiased advise as well as offered emotional understanding and when Casey gave up wanting to live and it came time to let her go not only did Dr. Nash come in on her day off to help us but they also refused to let me pay for their services. All the staff there are consiterate and generaly LOVE all animals and only want to help them... they don't mind the people either!!!
