i took my parrot there.the assistant he did not know how to hold her.or cath her with a towel.they took her doun the basement. i can hear her screming. the assistant came up and told me they ad to put her in a gage with ossigin.two times. when they were finish they gave me the bird. she cant standaup. for a week she was in pain. so a got anather appointment with anather weterian. the new wet phone amherst veterinary.and they must told a lot b.s. so the ather veterinary.the ather vet cansol the apponment. my bird ad a sore legs wing and neck for a week she drag her self with her beek and a wing.DO NOT TAKE YOUR PET THERE THEY DONT CARE ABOUT YOUR PET. THEY WANT YOUR MONEY.they wanted to keep my perrot there for a weeek which it wuuod cost me over $1.500. BAD VETERINARY

I find that Dr Lowry really loves animals and she is always giving you options as to what you can do as as alternative. I have been going there for 5 years now and I trust her. The staff there for the most part is friendly. The clinic by all means is not 21st century but to me it only matters the service my furbabies are receiving. I do think that they could maybe be a tiny better on their prices but they are my far the best priced around. Believe me I have called everywhere.

Doctors seem nice, the receptionist girl was not so friendly- it's possible she just didn't like me- but I am the customer- right? I liked that they were more educated on nutrition (other then Science Diet) then most vet clinics. One of the other office girls (I think her name is Debbie?) was super friendly and made our wait bearable. Nice office waiting area.
