The receptionist Terri (y ?) is so rude and unwelcoming that I refuse to go back there. I bought flea medicine that I felt didn't wwork and they had said on the phone I could exchange it. But she gave me the 3rd degree about exchanging it.The vet is nice but they like to do unnecessary tests and it does make your bill higher than other places.
