I can honestly say I would NOT trust the Vet I had ever again. He misdiagnosed my Fe Pomeranian's Pneumonia resulting in her loss shortly after, to the tune of $400. If she had lived the cost wouldn't have mattered but I feel I was robbed not only of my money but also my precious baby. He said the lungs were clear when in fact they were full! I took her to another Vet the very next day when she went into labored breathing and they confirmed her Pneumonia, plus her Trech gave out from so much coughing. She died in my arms... She should've been put on Antibiotic IV's or given a fast acting antibiotic shot, but instead I was only handed pills and sent home. My heart breaks every day as she was only 7 yr 10 mo old... Way to young for a Pomeranian to die. Typically they live to 15 yr on average. Most of the Office gals were pleasant barring one.

Horribly rude people. Extremely expensive. I took my dog there with an ongoing skin issue. I saw two different vets at two different times and got two VERY different diagnosis. Each vet contridicted the other. The staff is extremely rude, cold and short...would not recommend this vet to anyone

I agree that this vet's office can be a bit pricey. But sometim/,es the price is due to the premium care. I had two of my dogs having to be put to sleep within four months of eachother. Two different vets provided this service. One of them even allowed me to leave by the back door because I was so upset and had my husband parked out there waiting for me to take my limp dog home to be buried. They also provided me with a book for the loss of my pet. Very caring. I've known them for over 25 years. I do go to other vets also as I do rescue and different rescues work with different vets, so I have had a lot of experience in dealing with vets.

I had two very bad experiences at this vet. I was considering switching to this vet's office from my prior vet and this vet's charges were much higher for the identical services such as heartworm treatments, etc. Also, one of the male vet's was very rude to me which was totally uncalled for. Another reason I would not use this vet is that they do not have a safe place for dogs to go to the bathroom. Most vet's have a fenced in area for dogs to relieve themselves. This vet has no area, and even the dogs having just had surgery have to be lead around the perimeter of the parking lot to relieve themselves. I don't consider that to be a safe situation in the event a dog gets off of a leash and gets lost or goes into the roadway.

This place is very overpriced and not only that I took a golden retriever that i rescued to them for a check up because she had diarrea, the price for a check up...approx 39.00 ok thats good but they kept coming up with all kinds of crazy things to do and give her until the bill was 300.00 i couldnt afford that, i paid for what i had towhich was the initial visit the stool sample and so on, i couldnt get her meds!!! needless to say she was ok she was just abused before and was nervouse and was in a new home, went there again just to get flea preventative, they "recommended" all kinds of flea stuff that i did not buy but they were way overpriced even with that (15.50) which doesnt seem like alot but i know another clinic that sells the same stuff for 10.50 this clinic will just nickle and dime you to death. other vet said i am not the 1st one to say that!!
