Here is my rebuttal to the negative comment since this site doesn't have this available to hospital owners when someone sends in a negative post. As one of the founders and current board of directors of the American Association of Rehabilitation Veterinarians I take this erroneous comment very seriously. My staff DOES have sufficient training to administer my treatment protocols if I do not administer them myself. There is no official process of training that is currently approved by the AVMA--only certifications so what is the writer talking about? I feel that this person sending this rating is either a disgruntled terminated employee or a client that didn't feel that they should have to pay for services when rendered therefore has become vindictive. All rehabilitation at TBK-9R takes a minimum of 40 minutes so the statement that "we did 15 minutes of rehab" is ludicrous. I find value in this site but I hope that is does a better job of screening fact from fiction.

Do not think you get what you pay for! Incredible price for rehab and the person working with your pet is not certified for therapy, not even a vet tech or any special training. Did more harm then good in my case, by delaying proper rehab. If you still want to go make sure they now have certified therapist working with your pet. They wanted me to leave my pet for therapy, for a couple of hours, I insisted on being with my dog, therapy was 15 minutes. When I called to question treatment, cost and training, only the office manager(vets wife) would respond. She doesn't appear to have any medical training either. Tried to justify prices by stating equipment they have is not readily available. I have found another place a bit further but worth time for proper treatment.
