Twice before noon today Sat. 1/7/2023 spoke with Becky with Lakeland Animal Hospital told her we needed to get a feral cat spade, we had her trapped, asked can we bring her today so she can have surgery Monday, inquired about boarding costs. Becky put us on hold to check to make sure we could bring the cat in today and gave us quote on boarding costs for the weekend. Drove the cat there was turned away at the door, excuse was they don't board feral cats. Been taking several of our animals to Lakeland Animal Hospital because even though they are way over priced it is close in location but they have proven they don't care about us or our animals. They had our phone on file could have called to let us know they changed their mind. Won't take our animals there again. Westside Veterinary Service in Murray has never refused any of our animals.

We have had wonderful experiences with Dr Johnson and his staff for the last 22 years. When your dogs are happy to see the vet and their staff, you know you're in a good place.
