They saved my dogs life when he experienced a life threatening intestinal blockage. The staff was fantastic start to finish and though the cost was not small, they were definitely worth it. First rate doctors, first rate facility!

Entire staff is extremely rude. No one there seems to care at all for animals. They're just there to make money. Way over-priced! I attempted to seek care from Banfield Douglasville as my mobile vet was not available. They simply wanted to run a ton of expensive and most likely unnecessary tests. I refused the tests and proceeded to leave. By the way, they really get rude when you refuse all their nonsense and don't let them empty out your checking account! Please seek vet care somewhere else! There are vets and vet techs out there who have a genuine love for animals!

They kept pushing their monthly payment wellness plan and did very little to address the reason I went there. They got rude with me when I did not purchase the plan. Overcharged me for shampoo and medications for a condition they misdiagnosed becasue they barely examined my dog. Then gave me a very hard time becasue the vet tech wouldn't see my dog since it was a pit. She walked in and walked out. I never went back.
