After going here for a couple of years, I WON'T be going back. I normally saw Dr. House (because my oldest/sickest pets are cats, and House is the resident "cat guy"), who was brusque and talked over me. I could have overlooked his behavior if he actually cared about my pets. But he ALWAYS referred to them as "it," and never bothered to learn my name or theirs, or their genders, despite my trying to correct him, and despite that info being on the charts in front of him. But the real issue is that he kept administering "band-aid" treatments for chronic conditions which really needed more drastic intervention. He kept promising to refer me to a specialist, but never did, so I sought one out. I think he just wanted me to have to keep paying them for nothing. In the process, my cat needlessly endured months of recurring pain, and the hell of repeated injections and pills. Dr. Bundy ("dog guy") seems great, but I got the impression that he answers to/is bullied by Dr. House.
