Staff: Not familiar with all the staff, so we give a mid-rating. My wife had forewarned me that the vet had a crappy personality, but once I talked with him, I was amazed he stayed in business. Facilities: Third visit, my dog tried to stop, not go back to be kenneled. He has never done that before, to go anywhere. I was gonna help take him and they insisted I not go back there. But, I got a glimpse - Advise is, ALWAYS see where your animal will be kept. Monetary Value: Kenneled from 9:00am the 23rd to 9:00am the 26th. They charged 4 days. When I inquired, the vet took an attitude of "Well, we had to clean his**** this morning". I replied with, "well, do you you think? It's a kennel"... "You didn't have to on the 23rd morning". He made it plain we weren't welcome to bring the animals back - However, that decision had long already been made.
