I have gone to this clinic several times as I have 4 animals. It can very very handy in a pinch when your animal is injured but you will pay a higher premium for your time. They won't give price quotes on the phone except their office visit which is $41. The vets have always been nice but not very personable. The techs have been defensive when I have mentioned that I worked as a tech before and knew terminology for treatments and illnesses. My impression was that because I knew something, they were irritated that they couldn't convince me to do unnecessary testing. I will only go to this clinic if I have an emergency.

Beautiful hospital that is open extended hours. Late nights. Receptionists seem to have no animal knowledge. Technicians were very helpful. Doctor seems very nice, however, unwilling to work with the bill to lower costs, in fact the doctor doesnt do the negotiating, the technician works as the 'go between' with you, the customer, and the doctor who is setting the bill. Very high priced. We left feeling that the doctor only cares about the money, not the animal.
