My dog had a cancer lump that they operated on but during the whole time they did not offer to check to see if the tumor had spread. They did not give me an option to run extra tests to see if the tumor spread- I would have paid. When my dog was dying all they cared about was writing up an estimate for how much it was going to cost to do this and that. They didn't even let me hang out with my dog while he was getting oxygen during his last hours alive. They didn't even know how to handle a dog dying in front of their owner. It was like their Tech's had no experience at all in helping a dying dog. Its always a different doctor over there also. You can never get the same doctor unless you want to wait and wait. Their staff is not very caring either. To them it is more like a number, next one in and next one out. I am very upset at the way they handled my dogs last living hours. Its more about money than caring in this vet facility. Your dog is just another number here. I am upset still.

I appreciate all the comments that you all left it will help the hospital run at a better more efficient rate for our clients. To ask a question though. Lets say your dog was hit by a car and in dyer need of medical attention. Wouldn't you like to know that we will always be there for you. That we even push some of our best clients a little back to stabilize your pet and get him/her the care they deserve at that time. I appoligize for all the inconvinience we caused by doing so. We never turn away patients when other hospitals send theres to us. No one knows better than me what goes on behind closed doors.

Adequate. Staff was talking loudly to eachother about personal things...Heard some things I wish they'd keep to themselves. Extremely long wait time even with appointment. Waiting room dirty.

Love their new digital xrays. Was a little disappointed in their after hours advice. I didn't like talking to a vet tech in an emergency..would prefer speaking to the vet.

My dog had a bad allergic reaction from a bee sting, they were the only vet I found in the yellow pgs opened late but was charged $80 or $90 something dollars. No medications was given but just consultation that my dog was going to be okay. Prior to visiting them, I gave my dog a tablet of benadryl so no other medication was needed. The only plus to this story is that I just needed to hear from a vet say my dog will be fie. I guess, maybe, $80 or $90 was worth it. You decide....

Most expensive of all....except for the ones in Kahala. Staff is very arrogant and service is slow even though they don't seem to be that busy. In the back rooms talking.

wonderful !!! prices are outstanding.even emergency care is affordable !! vets actually care ! send reminders for all upcoming visits..treat the animals like they are their own ! so so happy with them ! and are open 7 days a week until 10 pm..cant beat that !
