LMy first time there with my two kids After making a payment of $60 in person to a young friendly girl to insure that I would show up at appointment times, I made an 8AM appt for one cat and a 10AM for my other. After getting the oldest and least co-oprative into the carrier I arrived at 7:40 and gave my name to different receptionist only to be told by that receptionist that the cat I had in the carrier was for 10AM. When I asked what the difference was since both cats are here for their first time, she replied VERY snotty there is no doctor free until 10AM. I asked who was going to see my cat at 8AM she replied "I dont know, but you can leave him and you can come back at 10" The receptionist had no clue and was very bossy/argumentative. I told her I'll find another Vet, she replied "Good, I'll cancel your appointments then and started arguing about appointment time. I left and she even followed my out the door argumentively yelling. Nice doctors and the hospital is very clean.We got our dog groomed there years ago and we were always happy.

24hr emergency care, if you pet is critical they will have a technician sit all night and monitor your pet, not like at the emergency clincs where they are left in cages. Excellent facility, great people.

They can be a little pricey, but they have state of the art equipment, and offer expertise not seen at many other places. They are really friendly and care for you like a family member if a pet dies. Bottomline is that they are worth every penny!
