I had a horrible experiance with this vet clinic. I came home to a very sick dog and my regular vet was booked up I went to this clinic because it was near by and they were available. Everyone who works there is rude. I was also told my bill would be about 3x less then it turned out to be. They nickle and dimed me as much as they could. While my dog was hospitalized the Doctor never returned my calls, the staff was rude when I wanted to visit her. They did call me the morning she passed away to ask what I wanted to do with the body and to see if I would pay over the phone. Just horrible all the way around.

The staff is very rude this is including the Dr. I saw. Was told not to bring my dog and cat in together because it was distracting.

I was told my bill would be $400.00 and when all was said and done I was looking at $1483.00 I was nickled and dimed to death. The staff was rude and continued to be rude every time I came back for follow ups. The day care part of the vet looks dangerous. I saw dogs fighting.
