Sorry, but I had a negative encounter with this vet group. One recent Saturday I called to see if I could bring in my cat who's face had swollen up the night before - probably due to an insect bite or scratch (which I relayed to the receptionist). I was told they couldn't see me and refered me to the emergency vet service. I told them if it had been an emergency I would have taken the cat there the night before, but that he looked better and I didn't want to pay the exhorbitant fee - probably over $200. They told me since they would charge me the same amount because it would be considered an emergency, I wouldn't save any money going to them. This was not an emergency situation, yet I wanted the cat to be seen before Monday. Although I realize Saturdays are busy, if they had time to see me as an emergency, they could have seen me as a regular client, too! How greedy is that? Seems like another case of a good clinic gone bad! Not going back!

I started using this clinic 4 1/2 years ago on the recommendations of many of my clients. I have been very pleased since the vets and I seem to be on the same page regarding the best treatment for my pets without breaking the bank. I have never been rudely treated, bullied into expensive procedures, or gouged, unlike most of my clients who go elsewhere. I do rescue but don't feel like I have to ask for discounts because the prices are already reasonable. I am very comfortable referring my clients to this clinic. No one has ever come back dissatisfied.
