......WORST VET EVER...DO NOT GO HERE........ The company refused to release my cat's x-rays to another vet. I was also charged for three x-rays after only agreeing to one. They would not listen to any dispute and instead, simply threatened with a collection agency and security if the new amount was not paid. (agreed to $90, charged $211) The nurse that we originally talked to was, conveniently, unavailable for comment. Needless to say, I grudgingly paid the amount but was very, very disturbed by the situation. They wouldn't even let me take the x-rays to my regular vet. Basically, I got the impression that this vet was only in it for the money, and had no regard for customer service, or the welfare of the pet. WORST VET EXPERIENCE EVER ..............DO NOT GO HERE
