This place needs to be shut down and Dr BIG MAC needs to have her license pulled. They do not know what they are doing. The vet does not see your dog each time you take it the there. The vet tech is doing most of the work and it is not done correctly which puts your pets life in danger. They keep charging you for things that should be included in a surgery. It is almost impossible to get them to answer the phone or return a call. When you go to talk to them in civil manner about an issue they are anything but civil!! The vet is very unprofessional, unskilled, hostile and threatening. She needs to be put on meds and attend anger management classes. Look at the reviews for this place on every outlet. Look at how they respond when a complaint is made against them. I don't know how this place stays in business. When you ask people about it they say don't go there because they've had issues. I wish we would of known before hand. Who calls a 79 yr old woman old lady white trash? Disgusting!
