This is a very unethical business. Be forewarned if you take your pets there, sign up on the health plan and then call to complain about anything, for example, money drafting out of your account when you didn't know it was going to happen. Once you complain, the owner will not speak to you, he hides behind the women that work for him. Then they will tell you to go elsewhere and keep any money you are entitled to have refunded. And charge you a termination fee when it is they who cancels. When you try to talk to Teri the finance manager or the owner, Jarvis Williams, they are not available. Very indifferent to the customer. All they care about is getting your money. Again, think twice before using this place. The health plan looks attractive, especially to those that have limited income. Be warned!

This place was on the news for letting one dog run away while boarding and never finding him and then losing a cat who was boarding in the celiling vents, never to find him either!!! What the hell is going on at that place?? BEWARE!

Everyone at this clinic loves animals and it shows in the way they care for them. Their Health Plan is very cost effective.
