I LOVE Dr. Austin. He is so caring, educated, and patient. I would HIGHLY recommend him to anyone. Very clean clinic. Very helpful staff. Nice area to keep the animals overnight. Highly ethical. Would NEVER do anything just to pad his bank account. Don't hesitate to bring your pets to Dr. Austin!

This is the best priced and most friendly vet office I have been to. They charge you way less than the other places and give you excellent care! I recommend them to everyone!

I will never take my animals to Dr. Austin ever again! He almost killed my dog because he wanted to benefit his bank account rather than treat the actual problem the dog had. If you would like to know further about my recent 6/24- 6/25/08 experience with Dr. Austin feel free to contact me at lace54025@yahoo.com and I will gladly tell you what he did to my dog, and then decide for yourself if you want to take the risk of continuing your pet's care at the New Richmond Veterinary Clinic with Dr. Austin!
