This is an awesome vet if you are a millionare. I spent 4800 in three months on my two sick babies, including a 400 liver US I felt pressured into. 8 days later my sweet angel developed a terrible cough and fever, I was broke until payday. I called and they heard her distress and said bring her immediately. I asked If there was anyway I could be billed and was told no they put me on hold and another girl came on , can I help you, she heard my Lola and said she must be seen butvu have to pay righr away. I hung up. This is a clinic I have been to biweekly w one pet or another for 2 years. My lola may not survive.

The vet/tech/front desk kept confusing my 2 cats who needed different shots. I worried they were not getting the right shots. When the vert did the checup, it was very fast, less than 5 minutes per cat. Also, their annual checkup took 2.5 HOURS, and their booster 2 weeks later took 90 minutes! They wanted to charge me an extra $40 because the doctor administered the shot so it was another exam, even though they just had their exam 2 weeks ago. I switched vets.
