Staff & Vet was incompetent & did not listen or document what my dog had as far as shots or medication. Therefore the Vet gave my dog duplicate vaccinations and medications; and the charged me for it. Additional, the office would not cooperate via fax or phone approval to the PET MED provider that I use. My pet's medication was not processed; as a result my dog fell behind on preventive meds. I was very disappointed with the service my dog & I received.
