I've been told a few times by your clinic that my cat foxy, has swollen gums and to just treat it with orajel...today I brought her to the ER and xrays showed a large mass that has completely destroyed her jaw and is spreading killing her.
I'm disturbed I addressed this several times with your clinic and was told it's just some swelling.I brought her in and told you things weren't right and I was told I was overly worrying
Coming here killed my cat.
Costs are expensive for not doing a thorough examination.
This was gross over confidence and contacting them afterward, I hear an excuse that makes the whole thing even worse,one of the vets there saying he believes a root fragment from a tooth HE removed probably caused this. Weirdly he said it like it was a valid defense for his misdiagnosis. It's like saying "because of my error I made another understandable error so yes your cat is dead sorry but my second error was because of my first error."
DONT GET ORAL SURGERY HERE!!!

This clinic is one of the best I have been to. They take the time to listen to my concerns. They really seem to like my cats. They have a separate room for cats and try hard to make them not be scared. I recommend them to my friends.

I love these guys. I have cats and they have a room for only cats. They really know and love cats too. The staff is great. They take great care of my cats. I recommend them to everyone.

Skill, punctuality, staff kindness and professionalism are severely lacking. The facilities are nice, but without competent staff it can't be utilized.
