I created an account specifically to review this place, namely, the vet, Dr Salter. I took my 12 year old cat to be euthanized here recently, and all I wanted was to soothe my cat in a quiet and respectful atmosphere while Dr Salter put my cat to sleep. Instead he spent the entire time telling me about the cats ear mites, which made me feel even worse that I hadnt noticed them before. What was the point of saying that? Did he want to treat her ear mites right then and there?? I even asked him to be quiet while I tried to soothe the cat while she passed away but he kept blabbering on. He was so insensitive. I will NEVER go back there to have any animal treated in any way, alive or deceased. What an awful way to treat a grieving pet owner-like it wasnt hard enough. Never again.
