I've been taking my cats to Dr. Garrett for many years and consider him one of the best veterinarians anywhere! His professionalism and care for animals are beyond words. Dr. Garrett is a good human being. I highly recommend the Animal Hospital of Fayetteville!

I took my cat to animal hosp when i moved here in july of 2006. my cat had been given prednisone for over 2 yrs for irritable bowel syndrome-within a month of moving here my cat was very sick and i was at my wits end. Dr Speier took care of my cat and gave me alot more information about the side effects of the meds the doctors up north gave me, my cat had to be euthanized due to the negligence of the doctors up north. but dr speier ran tests and helped me thru my decision, and for that i am very grateful, no one is perfect and i went to a top notch expensive animal hosp up north and did not get very good care, but the staff of animal hosp has always been kind and informative, and they are very busy because there prices are much better than most places in this area, always look for the best doctor not the cheapest and you can't go wrong, also adjust your own attitude and the staff will do more for you.

Dr. Garrett is the best. always puts your animal first. Has been my vet for 15 years. For all my horses, dogs and cats. Very prompt when i have had numerous emergency farm calls. I recently moved out of town, but still drive the hour to go to him. Would highly recommend him to anyone looking for the very best. He has had to put down several of my animals and I don't know who was more upset him or me. Have also dealt with his son, Brian, who is just like his dad. Have never been disappointed with the care or service I have received at this hospital!!

I did not find the staff very welcoming at all. It seems as though they overbook the vets, and time with them is limited. The young woman vet that did not follow proper blood work protocol and my dog and wallet suffered for it. She made a snap diagnosis (which was later proved wrong by numerous other vets), and told me my dog's case was "useless." The Facilities did seem clean, but that is the only positive point i found with this clinic. It is not unusual to wait 20+ min. after your appointment time to bee seen by a vet or taken to an exam room. The prices were average, but given the error by the vet that saw my dog, the tests were a waste of time and money.
