	3/3/14	1	2	2	1	Overdosed my cat with ten times the correct dosage, even though I asked them to wait and contact the allergist who had provided the serum before giving the shot. The vet said she wasn't sure of which vial of serum was the correct one and wasn't sure of the dosage. As a nurse I can't imagine doing this to a human and not being sued! Scary!
