It took over 90 minutes (after my scheduled appointment time) to be seen by a vet assistant who could not tell me the sex or age of my new kitten. It took an additional 27 minutes to be seen by the vet who could not state the differences in flea products she was pushing. I found the place to be unprofessional, unreliable, and I would not recommend it.

There has been a high turnover of staff, including doctors. Their prices have soared while quality of service has suffered. I have taken my pets there for over 10 years. Unfortunately, in the last year or so the monetary end of the business seems to be more important to this clinic than the animals their treating.

This place used to be great, but for the last two years the staff has constantly changed and really gone down hill. We have been ignored by staff, overcharged, told and billed for one service and it never happened. Never told or called if something extra was needed (we told staff to always call us for non life threating approval of ALL work) Repeated request for records were "forgotten" Then the straw that brok the camels back we were called a liar by one of the vets when we weren't told by the vet tech of the week that we would be charged extra for something. I have taken my animals there for over 18 years! When the Goods owned and ran the place it was great but unfortunately it has really "gone to the dogs". Do yourself a favor and find another vet.

These people are great! They love your animals and treat them as you would yourself. They are compassionate, caring and very competitive with pricing. I have NEVER been disappointed. They have always treated my animals and myself with the highest regard and service.
