I haven't had any issues with this clinic. I changed from the clinic close to home to this one 20 minutes away because of issues with my old vet. The rescue organization that I volunteer with uses BVH and we've never had any problems with them. All of the staff is pleasant and the vets and vet techs are wonderful.

The doctors are very good. You do however have to go through the front office staff first. They have personnel there (including the office manager) that have serious attitude issues. My doctor left for another hospital, and so didn't I!
