The staff is excellent, caring and helpful. Facilities are okay, it is an old established family practice and unchanged. My only issue is that I sometimes feel that the doc isn't looking at the big picture or listening to the client. The patient can't speak, but the owner can! - Don't brush us off. - We are here because we DO care about our pet(s). Educate as well as diagnose.
