I will never trust Germantown Veterinary Clinic with my dogs again. I brought my healthy Cavalier for a routine dental cleaning, estimated at $399 to $1,400 if extractions were needed. Since I maintain his dental health, I did not expect extractions and specifically requested they call me before proceeding if they were recommended.
I called twice to check in, but they said they didn't begin yet. On my third call, I learned they had extracted 15 teeth without my consent, claiming they called an outdated number and left a voicemail but never tried the secondary number on file. The X-rays didn’t indicate critical extractions, and they claimed it would prevent pain he wasn’t experiencing.
My dog is only 6 and lost crucial teeth unnecessarily, permanently affecting his quality of life. My bill exceeded $1,500, but the real damage is the betrayal of trust and harm to my pet. This clinic prioritized profit over care. I'm devastated and don't recommend them to care of your pet companion.

Since i was a child and too young to own my own pets, Germantown vet has been a household name. 30+ years later and it still is a household name. I'll always trust the doctors and staff with my furry family. Simply the best!
