The front desk staff can be a little harsh at times but I have had only wonderful experiences with the vets and techs. My dogs have been there for both routine check ups and serious illnesses and I have always felt like they were in good hands. I have always been thoroughly informed about what was happening and never pressured into doing more testing than I can afford. I have never had to wait longer than about 10 minutes. One of my dogs has a lot of anxiety and aggression issues and the vets and techs do an amazing job handling her, and we never have to sit in a crowded waiting room. I drive past 3 closer vets offices to get here--I will never go anywhere else. There are several vets but you can request an appointment with the one you want, which is what I do.

I have never brought my pets here and gotten a definitive diagnosis for a problem. Routine checkups are fine, but I now diagnose any problems myself via the Internet. It's cheaper and more accurate. The front desk staff is usually rude (example - my beloved dog died and I called to let the vet know because he had asked me to. I left a message with the receptionist and her response was, "Well, what do you want Dr. Goehle to do about that?" Just very inconsiderate.) Both Dr. Goehle and his wife are wonderful, but I haven't seen them in years. I keep getting shuttled to other vets that don't seem to take much time. I'm currently looking for another place to take my animals.

Over priced and not very concerned with the well being of the animal. I felt like the Vets rushed us and didn't inform us of possible outcomes for our pet. Would NEVER go back there again!
