Be very careful when taking your pet to to Mid Atlantic. I had a nightmare of a situation recently. New vet didn't know what in the hell she was doing then prescribed almost $80.00/100.00 worth of meds he didn't even use but I was expected to pay for. The initial office fee is somewhat reasonable but everytime you have to bring them back for a follow up they charge you almost $40.00/per pop. It's extremely upsetting and frustrating when I've been in there 3 times now and now on the 2nd vet. Do your research before you do agree to anything and always ask how much everything will cost first. Vets are well known for taking people to the cleaners because of the emotional attachment they have to their pets. Now that my pet has finished his meds the problem still hasn't solved the problem so now it's back to the vet...another charge and another test?. I am so angry and frustrated with them. If they don't figure this out soon I'm out. BEWARE!!

Corrected pets problem in no time actually explained everything to us went with pet to exam room where this didn't happen elsewhere.suggested laser treatment.And boy oh boy what a difference it made in their condition. Would and have recommended them to others

Lovely practice; have used both Dr. Sollenberger and Dr. Franklin and they are excellent - kind to my dogs, careful and patient to explain things to me, and extremely thorough in exams. Could not reccomend them more highly! Staff is knowledgeable and very polite. Amazing place.

Do not use Dr.Franklin, dvm owner. Forgetful, does not put the pet first. Diagnoses are wrong & if pet is too much trouble he does as little as possible to help it.
