Having been a client here for nearly 20 years, I must now, sadly, give Park Circle Animal Hospital the LOWEST possible rating. Previous vets here were wonderful! My complaint is with Dr.Benjamin Byers. My cat, Sophia, already had cancer surgery there once,performed by him. The Dr. said it may return, which it did. That is NOT my issue. The issue is his ATTITUDE ! He said to my face that he is SICK of being a vet and would quit tomorrow if he won the lottery !!! He also said he told his sons NOT to become vets !!! HUGE RED FLAGS here all over the place !!!! I do NOT want a vet performing surgery on my cat if he feels that way !!!! He was quick to anger, looking for a reason to argue, cold and impersonal. I was SHOCKED at his attitude ! I have been coming here nearly 20 years,and previously pleased with them, always paying my bill in full at the time of service and doing follow-ups. I have found a new vet !!! Too bad... I have spent thousands of dollars there over the years.
