Dr. Branson is an abhorrent woman who should NOT be allowed to practice anything, certainly not veterinary medicine, on OR near animals!!!
We just left the office with this "surgeon" screaming at us to leave after questioning her statement "we don't give bunnies pain medication, they don't feel pain" and asking her to provide basic information about the procedure performed and even the appointment details in general.
DO NOT bring your animals here if you want them to not be in pain, to be cared for while they are there, and if you would like ANY information, including a call when they're ready because this woman and her failure of a practice CANNOT be bothered. If we wouldn't have showed up in person an hour until closing time, I doubt anyone would have called us to come pick up our pet- and we have 4 calls to the office that were sent to voice-mail to attest to that.

This is the worst Service and care i have experienced. Dr. B is a joke he does not care about animals only whether he is going to get paid. We brought are sick cat in due to the fact he was vomiting and could not keep any food down. Theyhave no communcation they didnt even call us to say they were keeping our cat over night. Dr B will not call you back unless you continue to call the answering service. They will do xrays and and give unnecessary meds to rack up the bill. So Pretty much if you value and love your pet DO NOT TAKE THEM to maple hills. They do not care about your your pet only MONEY!

Very very expensive, staff is rude & uncaring, leave messages & they never call you back. Only went there because Dr. Milot was there she is no longer there so I will never go back. Found a much better vet hospital in Slatington where at least the staff cares & the vets are really nice

I've used Maple Hill for over 10 years. Dr B does wonderful work on all of my dogs and the cost is low to what I would pay where I live. Here you need to mortage your house to pay vet cost.

I took my dog to Dr. Banzhof for over 5 years before she passed away last year. He was always honest and helpful. Sure you may have to wait a little bit in the office but good things come to those that wait. The service is exemplary and the staff is knowledgeable. I am not sure why one rater said that they seem disinterested. They have always been active in my animal's care. Even when she could no longer walk they helped me carry her in and out of the car (she was a 100lb Rottie). To sum it up, Dr. Banzhof is an excellent veterinarian and if you are looking for quality and intelligence in a doctor then he is who you should see.

Staff seems generally uninterested in animals. It's all about money with them. I boarded my dog there and pick up a dirty, hungry, sad dog with an ear infection. I immediately switched vets and haven't had a problem so far.
