We found a stray dog and decided to take it to the vet. because it was very thin. we asked for the dog to be tested only for worms and a simple blood test performed.The technition explained that they would call us through out the day to let us know what the test results were. Well they did not call us one time.( very unprofessional )so still not hearing from them we went to their office only to find a bill for just under six hundred dollars for services we did not ask for. If they had called us throughout the day as they said they were going to we would have known what was going on and told them to stop doing anything else. I find these actions to be very unprofessional and a total rip off. they should be ashamed of doing this to people,but i bet they sleep just fine at nite.there is more to this story but it does not get better. I would never go to this facility again nor would i recomend it to anyone i know.
