Click to report rating    9/1/14   1     2     1     1   We recently moved to the area and our 10 year old dog had been treated by the same veterinarian for all of his life and had been diagnosed with a chronic illness and treated for many years. We provided a lifetime of medical records, this vet wanted to run hundreds of dollars worth of tests to make their own diagnosis and when asked what the treatment would be we were told it was the SAME medicine our dog had been receiving for years!!! They would only give a one months supply of his medicine. We were told they would not give more without the expensive testing. Basically they are holding our dog's health hostage for financial profit. Welcome to Indiana....we will be finding a veterinarian that cares about our dog and not their bottom line!!! RID: 53355

9/20/10   1     1     1     1   On 9-17 we took our 2 standard poodles to be groomed here. This was the second time for us at the Vet's groomer. Out $178 that night the dogs were licking their paws. Rupert kept getting in the bed to sleep with us. He woke me up kicking and licking. Next night was the same. We discovered Rupert's feet and many places on his body were basically butchered. Sunday our regular vet met us for an emergency situation and gave injections and meds. $208. This place listed offered no compassion and a $100 refund. Rupert is still in pain and I would NEVER return to them again. I posted a graphic photo of his paws on yahoo search engine for their listing. I am just so saddened to know vets like this only care about money and not the animals we so love. RID: 19840

Click to report rating    1/9/07   1     3     3     2   My first visit with my cat was good, except he had what turned out to be end stage renal failure. They gave him fluids and said to bring him back the next day for more. When I picked him up the next day, I found him in his cage, wet, without a litter box. When I asked the vet tech why he didn't have a litter box, she just said that she got "busy" and "forgot" to get back there to put one in. When I challenged the vet on it, he took a "well, sometimes they don't use it, it can be better if it's not in there" attitude - despite the fact my cat had a litter box in there the day before and USED it. I hated the fact my sweet old cat had to suffer the indignity of laying in his own urine for heaven knows how long, with these unsympathetic people. Even in his last hours at home he managed to make it to the litter box. I will drive 1/2 hr out of town to a different vet than drive 5 minutes down the road to this place. Dignity and quality care is priceless. RID: 1881
