Staff is great and very friendly...BUT I have serious doubts as to the diagnostic ability of both vets in this office. I brought a dog in for a chronic ear infection and all they wanted to do was operate. I told them the last vet he had seen several times regarding this ongoing ear infection had never mentioned surgery. I was immediately wary of their diagnostic ability. This dog ended up with a massive abcess on the same side of his head and required an emergency vet clinic visit on the weekend. I took him to Somerset for a recheck after he finished his antibiotics from the ER visit because I felt there was still an issue with that ear (it was draining). The vet looked in the ear and said he couldn't see anything wrong with it, and yet I was able to see fluid deep in his ear even without an instrument. Sought a 2nd opnion from another vet clinic and they diagnosed ear canal swelling deep in his ear so cleaning the ear was causing the issue! Won't be going back to Somerset!

I have been using Dr. Noble for almost 25 years. I have found hin to be the bmost profesional and compassionet vets I have ever seen I feel so confident in his abilities I would let himm treat myself or my 3 children

These people are absoultly horrible they wanted to charge a client for a redo on a ear job they clearly messed up they screwed up and def should have fixed it for free. well then they send the pup home with no pain meds etc and tell the owner to take off her bad review well you cant and people should know how much of ass's you are.. you messed up plain in simple DO NOT RECOMMEND THEM FOR ANY DOGS EAR CROPS

I had my puppy's ears cropped at this vet, and though I had seen pictures of other dogs that the vet Dr. Noble had done.. he really screwed my pup's ears up. Waiting to see if they're going to reconcile this mistake, as my pup is show potential, and this crop job is really going to screw it up.
