I and my family have used Dick Patrick as our vet for over 35 yrs. He is an outstanding Veterinarian, a man of great character and compassion, and the best choice for your pet's healthcare in Charleston County. If you love your pet, you will love the care it will get from Patrick Veterinary Clinic. He cared for my Labs, my son's Lab, all of my deer dogs and at almost any time I needed him I could call if it were a dire emergency. There are good doctors and caring doctors, Dick is both, in abundance.

Hands Down the finest veterinary hospital in Charleston!!! Reasonably priced and Dr. Patrick is the kindest - most compassionate veterinarian that I have ever known. I would NEVER go anywhere else!!!!

Dr. Patrick is phenomenal. He and his staff are always so friendly and their love of animals definitely shines through. I was in Dr. Patrick’s office yesterday when a nice lady came in. She was inquiring about her dog’s condition and asked what she could do. The nurse said she’d need to see Dr. Patrick, as the condition didn’t seem too good. She quietly told the nurse she was saving up to bring him in, but needed help in the meantime. The nurse told her, “Hang on, let me talk to Dr. Patrick.” He came out and talked to her personally, told her what to do in the meantime, and he said, “If the dog is not better by Friday, come on in and I’ll need to look at him.” In a world where everyone is out to make money, money, money this man is truly an inspiration and someone the Charleston community should love and respect.

We Found A Stray Cat And She Had A Tumor On Her Stomache And So We Took Her To The Patrick Vet. Clinic And They Were So Friendly And Welcoming. She Is Almost All Beter, But She Still Has Part Of The Tumor, So We Are Taking Her Back Soon To Get It Removed For Good.

My grandparents took their dogs to Dr. Patrick. So did my parents. So do I, even though there are vets much closer to my home. He is kind and compassionate. I wouldn't dream of going anywhere else!

When I first moved to Charleston, I took my Pit Bull Petey to Dr. Patrick for his yearly shots and toenail clipping and he was wonderful. I enjoy his knowledge and compassion, but unfortunately I need to bring my Petey back to him in the morning to look at some sort of cyst on his neck that keeps draining blood. :(

Dr Patrick and his staff are the BEST! Dr Patrick is absolutely passionate about his work. You leave his office feeling GREAT about being a pet owner. He obviously isn't in business for the $$$$ because the fees are minimal at Patrick Veterinary Clinic.

THE BEST! I've gone to Patrick veternary Clinic since 1988. Never had a single problem or complaint. They are the BEST! Dr. Patrick & his staff have taken care of my 3 Shar-peis & 6 cats with the utmost care! I highly reccomend this vet! Prices are very reasonable, care is great! Doesn't nickle & dime you to death, very upfront with diagonsis, treatment & treatment options. Looking for a good vet? This is the place! No Appts. but worth the time to see these folks!

Patrick Veterinary Clinic has the nicest staff on the planet - everyone there is so kind and you can tell they love what they work and the animals they work care for. The one downside, is they do not accept appointments - so you may have to wait a while - but it's worth for the great care your pet will receive.
