Brought our puppy here in aug 2013 at 12weeks It became our vet while living in Florida. I was always on time for every puppy shot visit we had by the exact day. She has always been healthy since day 1. I brought her in for ONE of her routine shots in Sep 2014. The vet said we can just do them all right now it's only a month early for the rest we can put them all in one tube and give her one shot of all her vaccinations, about 5 she said it was safe so I went with it. We brought her home and she had never acted like this before after shots she wouldn't eat, drink, play all she did was lay there limp, it went on for 2-3days! She got better and we let it go, two weeks later we noticed a pea sized bump in the same place she got her shots and the skin was colored brown/black. I will never go back to this vet again the staff have no idea what they are giving to the pets, and they are only looking to take all your money!!! Everything is overpriced I've never left for under $100.

We have been going to this practice for 18 years. The Doctors all are wonderful. Many puppies born there from our first Dog. From Birth to euthanasia always there for us. Incredible facility.. a little expensive but you get what you pay for.

I took my kitten there to get fixed and all his shots and he came home with me and was fine for a couple days. Then he stopped eating and couldnt walk. He dragged his right leg where they gave him the shots and would cry when I picked him up. Took him in and they put him under to see what was going on. Found out that whoever gave the shots to him did it wrong and had a 4 inch infection from the shots and it wasnt able to be drained. They left it there and called me told me that hes still in a lot of pain and they were going to give him antibiotics to see if it got better but told me it may not and he may not want to eat which means he might die. I am so unhappy with them and some people in there are unqualified. I wouldnt suggest bringing your animal there unless you want him to get an aweful infection!!

Superb doctors, friendly, caring, competent staff, outstanding facility, extensive diagnostic and therapeutic equipment. I always know that my dogs are in the very best of care. Very convenient with drop-off available and extended hours.

Way overpriced. Long wait times. Most of all the prices are all jacked way up. They have a rackett going on with the meds. If you get a prescription filled there, they will charge an additional $10 to count out the pills/put a computer generated label on the bottle. You won't walk out of this vet without paying at least $150 or more. They got it all rigged. I guess they have to find a way for us to pay for the dr. Mercedes

Waited two hours to be seen and I had an appointment, walk ins were put in front of me. I was charged $10 just for them to count 10 pills and put a label on the bottle as well as for the cost of the pills plus their mark up for them. Dr. Simmons is great but I doubt if he knows how ugly the staff are, they are rude and disorganized. The prices there are way too high! I will never go back there again. My experience there was horrible!

The doctors are excellent and all the animals are treated very well. I have five dogs and all are treated at North Florida Animal Hospital. Drs. Simmons and Fullerton are expert at diagnoses and surgery. They have extended hours (until 8:00 PM Monday-Thursday), the offices are spotless, and they make appointments or see walk-ins. My calls are always returned if I cannot speack to a doctor. I will not go to another vet in Tallahassee.

Great vet! They were absolutely great with my dog and figured out what was making him ill in one trip, whereas other vets have never been able to figure it out. They were also great with my cat, she was a shelter kitty with a history of abuse so she is often fearful of new people, but Dr. Hagwood made her feel safe and the exam went without a hitch. They are a bit pricier then vets I have been to in the past, but it is definitely worth the money. I highly recommend them!

Dr. Fullerton and Dr. Simmons are fantastic! This office is cleaner than human doctor offices and human hospitals and certainly is managed better! Too bad they can't treat me too.

Not my normal vet, but had to use them in an emergency when my 17 year old cat had to be put to sleep...they were phenomenal!!! It was such a hard time and the family was hysterical, but the room they put us in was so nice and calming and the office was sweet as could be in such a difficult time!! I would highly recommend!

Dr. Hagood is AMAZING! I have taken my 2 year old Chihuahua there since she was 8wks. He is absolutely the best. He talks to my dog and kisses her before he does his examination. He listens to what I'm concerned about- even if it's not a big deal! It's funny cause she still tries to kiss him... even after he has given her shots! Odd- I know! They also match prices from online "pet med stores!" They're great.
