My wife took our Yorkie in for his routine exam and was told we should have his teeth cleaned as preventative maintenance. We have taken our pets to Westside for over 20 years and never had a recommendation for any of our pets teeth cleaned. My wife was told the procedure would be $235.00. She specifically told him that we did not want to spend a lot of money considering job might be in jeopardy. She dropped him off on Friday and signed a release for the cleaning. When she called later Vet's assistant told her they had extracted 10 teeth. She told my wife that the bill would be a little less than 900.00 and not the 235.00 that the Vet quoted. After numerous attempts (6 calls in total) to contact the Vet he would not return our calls. We were never contacted or told prior to the extractions how much they would cost. We have been a faithful patron of Westside and feel deceived. After a 20 years relationship with our vet it's extremely disappointing that our trust has been broken.

Dr. Perkins is so kind to both me and my pup. He is amazing as is his staff. They always remember me and take such good care of my Frenchie. I couldn't ask for better. This staff is the only staff I'll ever trust. Spectacular!!

Dr. Perkins saved the lives of 3 of my dog. I like the staff and the care my animals recieve there!!
