Through my experience, the owner is very friendly and talkative; however he seems to be more interested in talking about himself than addressing his patients immediate concerns. I have noticed some carelessness and forgetfulness with my animals which translates into loss of confidence in the abilities of the hospital. The very high rates do not reflect an equally high rate of care.

Springfield is not a cheap facility but you definately get what you pay for! The staff is educated, friendly and professional. Having worked in the vet field before I only wish I could have been in as nice of a clinic as this!!
