Dr. Cynthia Olsen has a pending complaint filed with the Illinois Dept of Professional Regulation. It is part of my complaint that she only gave me a spray and told me that cats tend to self mutilate when bored. It was later determined he had nocardial cellulitis/osteomylitis and required amputation of his leg.It is my opinion that consumers need to know their veterinarians and the businesses where they work.

very expensive, I brought my cat into there office on a Thurs. evening, he was to receive a dental cleaning the next day (Fri) I returned to the office to pick up my cat at 5pm, they had not yet even looked at him, when asked why I was told BECAUSE WERE REALLY BUSY ALL DAY TODAY, I asked why they did not call me to let me know what was going on, no reason given..one person would always just look at someone to answer my question, I was told to return at 7pm to pickup my cat, which i did, I finally received my cat back at 8pm, they had pulled 4 teeth and charged me 1,000.00

Their so-called holistic dr. nearly killed my little maltese. She went in for routine dental cleaning. Dr. was told she was allergic to amoxicllin. Found out she was dropped before surgery and was given amoxicillin anyway. She almost died from this gross negligence on their part. /she still has a bad leg from being dropped. I would never bring any animal I cared about to this horrible place!

I have been going to this office for over 14 years and they have taken very good care of the 3 Dogs I have had during that time. I have had some serious surgeries and they were done with skill and caring. Not the cheapest vets but well worth the money spent for peace of mind that my dog is well cared for.

Great animal hospital! My dog had cancer and they went above and beyond to help both her and my family!

Always running late. Doctors are rude and contradict each other. Nurses are nice but young.
