Extremely rude staff make for an unfriendly office environment. The vets don't wear uniforms or introduce themselves so you don't know if you are speaking to a tech assistant or to the vet. This is a walk-in clinic, which is nice, but on two occasions I witnessed grieving pet owners having to pay for services in a public area while the clients waiting had to avert their eyes out of respect. My previous vet had arrangements which allowed customers to pay in private and leave by a back door so that our grief was not on display. The vet, herself, was rather cold, and did not seem to particularly like my pet, so I found her bedside manner to be lacking. A good vet is like a good pediatrician-- they make you feel like your child (or in this case, dog) is the smartest, cutest, most charming creature in the world. This would be tolerable if they also inspired a sense of confidence in their abilities, but that was not the case in my case. I have decided to take my pets elsewhere.
