We miss Dr. Lewis, who saw our dogs for many years. The new vets are marvelous, but...they do not accept payment plans. Charge, check, cash, but no monthly payments. That is an unaffordable policy change for us. Sad we will have to find a different vet.

They are come off as nice and pretty descriptive when explaining things. They keep a book in the exam room to show you things. I'm not sure how helpful this is. It seemed like a good first impression to have someone who took the time to describe things to you. However, I almost prefer that they would have taken that time to fully concentrate on my pet that wasn't feeling well. I don't feel like they ran through all the check point that they should. The doctor was often being distracted, sometimes she had to leave the room and couldn't remember where she left of in the middle of the exam. This occurred on more than one occasion in separate visits. The one thing that is very discouraging about going here is that they performed tests with out discussing them or the cost with me prior to performing them. Only to find out when I checked out that they had ran tests that I was never informed that they would be running and they charged me for them. With out even discussing the result
