Took my dogs here once when I was new in town, wasn,t allow to be with them while they were being seen. Was required to leave them and come back some hours later. This was not acceptable and I would not go back.

I would not take my animals here ever again! Dr Eichelberger seems only interested in money, not in animal care or compassion. When I went to board my dog, I asked to see the facilities in which she would be housed, and the staff seemed reluctant, but I insisted and was taken to a very cold row of concrete dog runs. There were openings to the outside for ventilation, but thet couldn't be closed. It gets too cold here at night for that! Plus, several of the dogs in there had no towels, blankets etc. to lay on and were on the hard concrete with no padding. This was unacceptable and I chose to pay twice as much to have a pet-sitter come to my home.
