Do NOT take your animal to this vet! You are just a number here. They have extremely rude doctors and staff! They verbally attacked my daughter because they thought she was swearing while she was bawling her eyes out about her beloved dog. Who does that??? I took my playful, happy dog in for a routine surgery and ended up putting him to sleep the next day. They refuse to take any responsibility for his death due to something going wrong with surgery. I am furious that I have to pay these people the final bill after they caused my dogs death and treated my child in that manner. Just do yourselves a favor, do not go here. My sister pulled all 5 of her animals out of here 2 weeks ago for malpractice. My entire family is following our lead. We need to get the word out to everyone that vets do not have the right to treat animals or humans the way they have done.

The staff at this vet's office has been very accomodating. They are a large clinic with many doctors and are almost always able to get you an appointment quickly. If you wish to see a particular vet, they will schedule you with that vet and usually ask if you have a preference. Once an animal is being seen for a specific condition by one vet, that same vet continues to see that animal through that treatment. There is a lot of expertise that comes with this clinic with variety of vets being able to confer on treatment. Everyone in the office has always gone out of their way to be friendly, caring and have taken emergencies in immediately unless they don't have the staffing. In that case, they refer to the emergency clinic in Kalamazoo. This office impresses me with their kindness, caring and great care of animals. By the way, I have 4 dogs that are seen by this office, plus I have rescue fosters that are seen by them.

Nice clean vet. However, staff and vets are not always friendly. One thing I did not like was the amount of vets at this office. You never knew who your animal was going to see. Also, I had an emergency once on a Saturday while they were open and was told they didn't have any open appointments. So, I ended up taking my dog to another vet who was more than willing to stitch her up. Needless to say we switched vets right away! I had an emergency and they weren't willing to squeeze me in or stay late. Wasn't impressed with that at all! Also, prices are high especially on the medicine.
