Told vet tech to have dr. Check a sore on my dog. When I picked up the dog, vet tech reported dr. Could not find sore. Sore was huge and evident. I believe dr. Did not even look. Very disappointed because this was AFTER I had paid a large bill for other services. I will not be returning.

Ripped us off with unnecessary tests. Our old vet heard what they had done and charged us and she told us to "RUN"

I have two large breed dogs. We see Dr. Iannaccone and could not speak more highly of her. She is attentive, takes time with the dogs, and is truly wonderful. I find their prices to be reasonable - maybe a little more expensive than some other valley vets. However, the facilities are immaculate and All Pet offers some advanced treatment options I haven't seen at other vets.

As with most of you I had the same hand over your wallet experience with thus vet. It was honestly a pretty discerning experience. The vet said we have two options but 10 mins later I was left with about 20 different options and a proposed bill of about $1000. I usually respect someone's professional opinion, but when someone starts with procedures that should be considered after everything else has been has failed just to make a few bucks, well that's just outright wrong I feel. Adding to the negative experience, it seemed as if everytime I refuted a procedure the doc had another one in his back pocket ready to throw out with even a bigger price tag. Overall, it was just a bad experience and I wil not be bringing my dog back

Unfortunately for All Pet Complex, the up front staff is so rude that I never got a chance to see for myself if I was happy with their office. I live close by and wanted to switch to a closer vet. I called in and told them that I had all my records and when my dogs were ready for a yearly exam, I would call for an appt.A month or so later my dog was having symptoms and trouble walking. I jumped over to All Pet Complex. I asked the front desk person there to please ask a few questions to a Vet or a tech.I was concerned my dog needed to be seen by a vet and that it was more than just a sore leg that would heal soon.The woman up front told me in a rude voice and stern face that they were too busy there to be bothered by me.Either this is a place that does not care about animals and new patients or they are very bad at hiring good staff. I would never go there again.I recommend Animals R Us very close by on State St. The people there are honestly compassionate for animals and humans alike.

Never again will I go there. Horribe incompetant staff and Doctor was just rude. Gave me a $950 estimate to have my dogs teeth cleaned and one molar extracted. Went to Eagle Animal Clinic and they did it for over half the price. absolutely ridiculas treatment and disrespect to my animal and myself

Front staff rude, nurse was a retard and who knows what doctor your seeing. Not the one you made the appointment with and no one reads the charts to find out the history on your dog. They have no communication between each other so no one knows why your there and what your dog has been through. Never again will I go there.

I have been taking both of my dogs since they were puppies. I always request the same vet, though during emergencies have seen another that is also extremely likable. They know my dogs and always seem professional and friendly.

They answer their phone "Press 1 for this, press 2 for that". Very impersonal and annoying. I took my pet there when she was sick, they immediately put her on medicine. They did lots of tests and then didn't get back to me with test results till after my pet was better. You see a different vet every time you go. The most recent vet was not nice at all. I ended up with a HUGE bill for a very simple problem. Much more expensive than human Urgent Care centers and no matter how often you go they will not remember you or your pet. I am changing vets.

I took my sisters dog in while in distress from labor. They were quick and got her into surgery swiftly. She had six puppies and was is doing great. They were extremely knowledgable and offer a credit plan for payment. Excellent animal care facility. Extremely clean and up to date.

Excellent exotic vets as well as standard animal care. Vets are excellent, front desk staff is somewhat lacking, but sufficient.
